Our Upright Open MRI is available to academic, industry, and government researchers. Our rates are on a sliding scale and evaluated based on the type of research being conducted and what resources are required.

DIRECTIONS TO UPRIGHT OPEN MRI

 

FROM DIAMOND HEALTH CARE CENTRE UNDERGROUND PARKING

Exit the DHCC from the main floor and enter Jim Pattison Pavilion through the entrance at 2700 Laurel Street.

Walk towards the information desk and then continue past, walking down a flight of stairs into the Centennial Pavilion (CP). Continue walking to the CP elevators (will be on your left) and take the elevator to level G. Exit the elevator and go to the left. Follow signs to MRI and continue to the end of the hall. Press the doorbell if no one is outside waiting for you.

 

FROM LAUREL STREET PARKADE

Exit the parkade either at street level on 12th Avenue or use the over ramp. Enter Jim Pattison Pavilion through the main entrance at 899 West 12th. Walk towards the information desk, turn right and walk down a flight of stairs that bring you into the Centennial Pavilion (CP). Continue walking to the CP elevators (will be on your left) and take the elevator to level G. Exit the elevator and go to the left. Follow signs to MRI and continue to the end of the hall. Press the doorbell if no one is outside waiting for you.
